Rajan is a people-first Human Resources leader with over 35 years of professional experience across multinational and multicultural environments in the services and manufacturing sectors, including IT, BPO, Insurance, NBFC, and Telecom. His last assignment was as the chief human resource officer of a mobility solution company Jiobp prior to that he was to India and Malaysia operations of a Fortune 500 organization, with responsibility for a workforce of over 7,200 employees, and has headed HR functions in two Fortune 500 companies. Known for driving organizational transformation and effectiveness, he has championed transparency, meritocracy, and empowerment, including pioneering the Balanced Scorecard and 360-degree appraisal systems in the BPO industry. His leadership has consistently delivered high employee engagement outcomes, with scores nearing global 75th percentile benchmarks, reflecting trust, credibility, and a strong people-centric culture.
With a deep belief in employability, continuous learning, and inclusive growth, Rajan has led from the front in building equitable talent practices and sensitising organisations to diverse workforce needs. As he transitions into the non-profit sector, he brings strong HR domain expertise and extensive corporate networks to enable inclusive hiring, training, and workplace integration—particularly for neurodiverse individuals and persons with disabilities. A management graduate in HR and an active member of NHRDN, ISISD, the Punjab University Managing Committee, and a CII Subcommittee, he continues to contribute to the broader people and employability ecosystem through thought leadership and mentoring, with a clear focus on creating sustainable pathways to dignified employment and belonging.
